The idea for this series came from their industry colleague, Mark Brezinski, bestselling author of Fork Fight.

Chef Chamberlain’s creation, aptly named The Ultimate Breakfast Platter, is a culinary tour de force. It features a succulent chicken-fried ribeye steak draped in a rich Kona coffee gravy. Accompanying this are flaky rosemary biscuits, three perfectly fried eggs with a hint of cracked black pepper, caramelized onion home-fried potatoes, and mouthwatering bacon pancakes.
