These recipes demand the very finest ingredients, such as premium USDA Grade AA butter (scoring 93 out of 100 points), pure whipping cream, fresh Grade AA eggs, hard-wheat unbleached flour and our sourdough yeast. Old-fashioned sourdough yeast, just like your great-grandmother used, is incorporated in many of our batters. This sourdough yeast produces light, airy, fine-textured pancakes.
